I definately agree with you about books. No matter how much I enjoy reading fanfiction or stuff online, nothing beats a book! How people can like watching TV or movies better than books is something I'll never understand. I just... Can't. Books are just so... There! Everyone who reads them adds a little story, a little life to the book. Also, with books you can decide for yourself how you want to see the characters, how you imagine ones voice, appearence etc. You are freeto intrepret things however you want... I love that freedom. I never go to the movie of a book I still want to read and being a huge Harry Potter fan, I never say any of the movies after the 2nd one. They just annoy me so much because my own intrepetation of the book is so dear to me...

Oh I know! It's so sad that some kids just aren't given that chance anymore! My little fosterbrother is totally crazy about books... He was four when he came to live here and he never read books before. Now he can frequently be found sitting somewhere and 'reading' some book, sometimes even making up the story as he goes. It's really cute ^^

Oh dear, I am SO jealous of your poetry volumes, seriously! The oldest book I own is a book of Norwegian tales which I got from my grandmother, who got it from her grandmother when she was young. It's from the 1920's.

As for my dream... Well, with my current study, I have a good chance to get a well-paying job so that dream could definately one day come true ^^
